- Job applications — the information you enter in the application and any resume, cover letter, or certification documents you upload.
- Text message sign-up — your name, mobile number, and role, along with a record of your consent: the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, and the IP address and browser used.
- Website analytics — the pages visited, approximate location (city level at best), and device and browser type. Our analytics set no cookies. Your IP address is used only to estimate location and is not stored.
How We Use It
To answer your questions, review job applications, send the text messages you have signed up for, keep records of consent, protect our forms from spam, and understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
How We Share It
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that host our website, email, and records on our behalf, such as Microsoft, and when required by law.
Text Messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How Long We Keep It
